Stresslessness is state of mind, or an overall demeanor. What is a demeanor? Demeanor is an attitude. Demeanor is the best picture of your internal world. Demeanor is the map of your mind. Demeanor is the crown of character. Demeanor is the gadget of your emotional fitness. Demeanor is the final result of your life up to now. Demeanor is the indicator of your satisfaction of your life. Moring Power Questions

Our life experience is based on what we focus on. The following questions are designed to cause me to experience more happiness, excitement, pride, gratitude, joy, commitment, and love every day of my life. Remember, quality questions create a quality life.

Come up with two or three answers to all of these questions and feel fully associated. If you have difficulty discover an answer, simply add the world “could”. Example: “What could I be most happy about in my life now?”

1. What am I happy in my life now?

What about that makes me happy? How does that make me feel?

Allah is my Rabb (cherisher, protector, guide, helper, eternal friend)

Islam/obedience in my way of life (thinking, feeling, acting)

Muhammad (saws) is my role model (thinking, feeling, acting)

2. What am I excited about in my life now?

What about that makes me excited? How does that make me feel?

Death, Barzakh (interspace life), Day of Judgement, Paradise

3. What am I proud about in my life now?

What about that makes me proud? How does that make me feel?

Allah is my eternal friend and ally.

Muhammad (saws) – my eternal role model is the most successful human being ever.

Islam and the Qur’an is the best book of guidance and manual of success.

4. What am I grateful about in my life now?

What about that makes me grateful? How does that make me feel?

5. What am I enjoying most in my life now?

What about that makes me enjoying? How does that make me feel?

What about that makes me commited? How does that make me feel?

7. Who do I love? Who loves me?

What about that makes me loving? How does that make me feel?


In the evening, sometimes I ask the Morning Questions, and sometimes I ask an additional three questions. Here they are:

1. What have I given today?

In what ways have I been a giver today?

2. What did I learn today?

3. How has today added to the quality of my life OR how can I use today as an investment in my future?

(Repeat the Morning Questions [optional])


Supplementary Questions:

How can I feel more certainty, or comfort, or maximize pleasure and minimize pain?

How can I feel more uncertainty, or variety?

How can I feel more significant, special, important, influential, needed?

How can I more progress and grow today in my works?

How can I more progress and grow today in my finances?

How can I more progress and grow today in my spiritualities?

How can I more progress and grow today in my metal life?

How can I more progress and grow today in my body?

How can I more progress and grow today in my relationships?

How can I more contribute today?

5Ps of Progress

"Progress equals happiness." are you progressing everyday? have you balanced your daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly activities in away that you can measure it accordingly. If yes, that is nice. And if no, that is nice. In either case take a look at the following suggestion 5Ps of Progress - Profession, Profit, Personal relation, Promotion of self, and Powerful service - to balance and progress you all activities.

1) Profession: what is the area of your specialized knowledge?

2) Profit: how much capital do you allocate monthly for uplifting the underprivileged people? how much value do you add or much money do you make? how much do you save? how much do you invest? how much do you allocate for uplifting the underprivileged people?

3) Personal Relationship: who do you love? who loves you? who are your intimate friends? what and how are you strengthening your relations?

4) Promotion of Self: how strong, endurant, and flexible your body is? how much world history do you know? how much are you familiar with current national, international social, economical, and political issues?

5) Powerful Service: what is your purpose in life? how much gratitude do you express to your Creator? how close your relationship is with Him? how do you demonstrate your relationship with your Creator through serving human needs in a principled way?

In conclusion, Now, take little time to write a reply to each one, you may add more Questions. After your replied, and took ACTION to do those things, and measure yourself daily. I am sure you will a lot of burden or stress relieved. Remember, if you don't somehow balance, measure, and progress in life, your head is and will be a mess - full of stress.
